So, the last few weeks have been quite the rollercoaster ride, with work piling up and the kiddos heading back to school. It's been a whirlwind of responsibilities, and I have to admit, my weight loss goals took a bit of a backseat. But hey, life happens, right?

The good news is that I've managed to stay strong on one front - I haven't had a drop of alcohol! Go, me! 🥳 But, and here's the kicker, I haven't exactly been the poster child for mindful eating. In fact, I've been shovelling food into my "face hole" without a second thought. The result? Four pounds have sneakily crept back on, and I'm back to over 100 kilograms. But you know what they say, "It's not how many times you fall, but how many times you get back up."

Now, about that gym routine I used to be so dedicated to – it's been MIA for a week and a half. My motivation? Well, let's just say it's taken an extended vacation, and my mental state hasn't been the most supportive cheerleader lately. But guess what? I'm not giving up that easily!

This week, I've declared war on those pesky pounds, and I'm determined to get back on track. It's time to dust off my workout gear, put on my game face, and start smashing those goals once again. 💪

So, what's the game plan? Well, first things first, I'm going to forgive myself for the little detour I took. Life can throw some serious curveballs, and it's okay to stumble occasionally. What matters most is our ability to bounce back, and I'm ready to bounce like a champion!

Next, I'm going to rekindle my relationship with the gym. Sure, it might be a bit awkward at first, like running into an old friend you haven't seen in a while. As for my nutrition, it's time to bid farewell to mindless munching and embrace the power of mindful eating once more. I'll be making smarter choices, savoring my meals, and remembering that my body deserves the best fuel possible.

Now, I'm not saying it's going to be a walk in the park. There will be days when the couch and Netflix seem more appealing than the gym, and there will be moments when that chocolate bar tries to seduce me. But I'm committed to this journey, and I know that every step, every healthy choice, and every sweaty workout will bring me closer to my goals.
